Sometimes life changes us so quietly that one day we look around and realize we do not quite feel like ourselves anymore. My goal in therapy is to help you come back to yourself in a way that feels genuine, grounding, and sustainable. I create a warm and culturally aware space where you can show up fully as yourself your experiences, your background, your faith, your struggles, and all the parts of you that may feel unseen or unheard elsewhere. I know how heavy it can feel to carry expectations, navigate change, pour into everyone else, and still try to hold yourself together at the same time.
Whether you are feeling anxious, emotionally drained, stuck between different versions of yourself, or simply needing a space to breathe and process, therapy with me is about slowing down, feeling supported, and finding your way back to who you are. Together, we will work toward creating healthier boundaries, more balance, deeper self-understanding, and a life that feels more aligned with the person you want to be.
You do not have to have everything figured out before reaching out. I am here to walk alongside you through it.”
